Trading cards are collectibles, so most sales are final. We do stand behind every card we send, and the exceptions below are covered.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order details and photos. If approved, return the item tracked and insured. Buyer covers return shipping unless the issue was our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged in transit

Keep all packaging and send photos right away. We ship insured where available and will help file the carrier claim so you are made whole.
